STANDARD PROCESSING:

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed within 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not ship outside the US, or to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact us at hello@stateandpride.com.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Express Shipping is available for most products in our store, and is only available for orders in the contiguous US. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time USPS rates. Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped the next business day. We ship Monday-Friday from our local inventory; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. State & Pride Provisions Company is not responsible for shipping delays.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact us at hello@stateandpride.com for additional information.

PRICING POLICY:

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

SHIPPING CHARGES ON REFUSED/RETURNED ORDERS:

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, you will receive an email notifying you. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any cost to State & Pride Provisions Company for the returned package. This amount must be paid before items are reshipped to the customer. Invoices for returned package fees are emailed to customers through a PayPal invoice. You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to State & Pride Provisions Company before your order goes through the returns process for store credit minus the returned package fee. PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping charge + returned package fee will be subtracted from the store credit.
